In this full-day Leveraging Leadership II workshop we go beyond the basics presented in our half-day Leveraging Leadership seminar. This workshop will help both newer and more seasoned leaders develop specific skills they can leverage within their organizations to bring about desired changes.

In addition to the we’ll go in depth on these key concepts:

  • Goal setting
  • Recognizing and preventing burnout
  • Behavioral Style Analysis

Assimilating these ideas will go a long way toward improving teamwork, organization-wide communication and morale.

We’ll also deconstruct the 1949 film classic, “12 O’Clock High,” and use it to illustrate a variety of leadership concepts.

Using the film as a springboard, we’ll discuss a full range of topics relevant to leadership, including:
