Stopping a movie 15 or 20 times to analyze its content probably sounds more like a screenwriting workshop than a leadership seminar. But that’s just what we’ll do, all in the interest of understanding lessons on teamwork, delegation, accountability, and the importance of staying focused on your goals.

“Hoosiers,” starring Gene Hackman, depicts the true story of a controversial coach who inspires a down and out basketball team from Indiana to beat the odds and become State Champs.

During the course of this full-day workshop, we analyze the main characters, how they achieve remarkable goals and how those lessons can be applied everyday within your organization.
